Continue to maintain and improve our infrastructure to insure efficient (affordable), effective services to our residents.
Seek alternative funding to maintain and improve infrastructure, keeping costs to customers down.
Perform work in an environmentally safe way though Best Management Practices
WELL – BEING
Maintain & improve quality of life in BVS by planning and good decision making
Maintain the open spaces for wildlife habitat
Maintain common spaces for residents to use for their pleasure
Create a positive environment for the Public & the Board to work towards rebuilding trust
